Sarracenia x moorei -- 'Leviathan' is a spectacular hybrid, renowned for its exceptional size and extraordinary vigor. This plant can produce pitchers exceeding one meter in height, with specimens observed reaching over 120 cm, making it one of the most imposing Sarracenia species in most collections.
'Leviathan', a hybrid of Sarracenia leucophylla and Sarracenia flava var. maxima , is distinguished by its light green pitchers, red veins in the throat, and white eyespots. The sulfur-yellow flowers are reminiscent of the influence of S. flava var. maxima .
