Product Return and Refund Policy
Returns Accepted Within 14 Days
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require a product return. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Return Period: Product returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Fees: Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for the return shipment and associated costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure that the return reaches us safely.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at contact@terreacrocs.com to validate the return.
- Carefully package the product.
- Ship the product to the address provided to you.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
