Sarracenia seeds

All the seeds produced by the nursery and available for sale that will allow you to sow and grow your own carnivorous plants.

Our Sarracenia seeds will allow you to do your own sowing and grow new carnivorous plants, year after year. Whether our crosses are selected or open-pollinated (= the plant that bears the seeds is known, but not the one that provides the pollen): sowing is a rewarding way to explore the full diversity of Sarracenia traits.

Sowing Sarracenia requires a little patience to obtain adult plants, but remains accessible provided that a few essential steps are followed.

At TerreAcrocs, we offer our Sarracenia seeds, from our various harvests. The more recent the harvests, the higher the germination rate will be; conversely, older harvests often have lower germination rates, but this is compensated for by the quantities provided being higher than those indicated in the listings, and often with bonus seeds from other crosses.

Take the time to discover the different crosses available and select the one or ones that will satisfy your desire to experiment or that may give you, in a few years, a totally unique plant.
