Delivery Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, plants are sent bare-rooted, kept moist in absorbent paper.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within an average of 1 to 5 business days from confirmation. The observed average delivery time is generally 2 to 4 days within Metropolitan France and 4 to 10 days for the rest of the European Union, subject to appropriate weather conditions.

Weather Conditions: Please note that the shipping and/or delivery timeframe may be influenced by weather conditions. If we deem weather conditions unsuitable to ensure plant safety, we will inform you as soon as possible and take necessary measures to delay shipment as long as deemed necessary to ensure the plants' health throughout shipping.

Transport and Delivery Companies : Shipments are made via :

  • Tracked letter, including internationally, for small shipments (Dionaea, Drosera, seeds, all weights <100 g),
  • Colissimo for home deliveries in France and internationally,
  • Mondial Relay for deliveries to pickup points in France and to pickup points or home when the service allows in some EU countries.

Delivery Company Damage Risks: We do our utmost to carefully package each parcel to minimize the risk of damage during transport. However, once the parcel leaves our facilities and is handed over to the delivery company, any risk of damage to the parcel is the responsibility of the said delivery company. In case of issues related to shipping or delivery, please contact us immediately so we can provide necessary assistance to the best of our abilities.

Delivery Coordinates: The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery coordinates when placing an order. The seller cannot be held responsible for issues related to errors in coordinates provided by the buyer. Please carefully verify your delivery information before finalizing your order.
