SX31 Sarracenia x 'Iamsatyricon' (H392, MK)

Sarracenia x 'Iamsatyricon' is a fabulous sarracenia grown from seed in 2010 and registered in 2017. It is the result of a cross between 'Leah Wilkerson' and a pubescent leucophylla (L7, MK). The pubescent character is also present here (pubescent = hairy pitchers, a bit like peach fuzz).

The plant has rather slender but very elongated pitchers. The upper part is very white with very clearly defined veins. The throat has a lovely red spot and the edge of the lid has a purple-violet border.

This hybrid is officially registered with the ICPS.
