A Sarracenia resulting from a cross and personal sowing, this attractive red and veined hybrid is a robust plant that will continue to change color throughout the season. The veins eventually disappear completely, leaving uniformly red pitchers. One of its initial characteristics, which led me to select this plant, was the shape of its drooping lid, visible in the last photos. This characteristic has largely faded, and this plant is still being kept in the collection for observation to confirm its continued presence.
